Power Station High Temperature Alloy Flexible Wedge Gate Valve

Details:

Deki Power Station High Temperature Alloy Flexible Wedge Gate Valves are most common valves for heavy duty open and close functions. They are primarily used for slurries, viscous fluids, and are not normally considered for throttling purposes. A traveling wedge is moved with the operation of the stem nut. The wedge travels perpendicularly to the direction of the flow. The advantages of gate valves include minimum pressure drop when fully open, tight shut-off when fully closed, and relatively free of contamination buildup.

Material: C5, WC6, WC9, etc.

Size Range: 2” - 60”

Pressure Rating: ASME Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500

Temperature Range: -50°C~650°C
